Types of Services Offered
Individual Psychotherapy and Caregiver Sessions are offered in-person and via telehealth, and are in-network with Aetna, Cigna, and Out of Network Benefits. If you intend on using out of network benefits, you are encouraged to contact your insurance provider to confirm your eligibility for reimbursement. Payment is due at the time of service.
Workshops and Consultations are self-pay. Fees are determined by frequency and type of service requested.

Are you looking for support to help navigate starting a new school, changes in household composition, identity development, testing boundaries, experiencing anxiety, and/or friendships dynamics? These stressors can be challenging experiences for children, adolescents, and their families. I’d love to hear more about what your family is experiencing and discuss how therapy can provide additional support to help your family continue to grow through these challenges.

I specialize working with adults experiencing stressors related to life transitions, work related stress, college students experiencing academic stressors, racial/cultural identity development, relationships, and motherhood. If any of these experiences resonate and you’re seeking additional support I’d be happy to talk more about how therapy may benefit you.

This session offers an opportunity for the caregiver(s) of a child or adolescent in therapy to increase their involvement in the child’s treatment. This session is intended to explore the caregivers’ observations, needs, and patterns of communication with the child. This appointment allows intentional, individualized support for caregiving practices and a collaborative, family-centered approach to therapy.

Or maybe seeking consultation in navigating how to better support students and/or staff? Is there a pattern or concern that is causing a rupture to the desired environmental culture? This may be a great option if so. These services are geared towards academic, professional, or wellness settings and take place over one or multiple sessions.
